This horse has some of the best bloodlines available today. His pedigree is full of former International Jumpers and his many relations include a number of Olympic horses.

Argentinus, a top jumper himself was leading sire in Germany for 7 years for the amount of money his offspring have won in both Dressage and Jumping. His most famous son in the UK is the great Arko ridden at the Athens Olympics by Nick Skelton.

His mother is by Grand Amour again a top jumper himself who in turn is sired by Grannus. Grannus sired many of International showjumping's great names such as Grannusch, Grand Slam and Top Gun La Silla. Then his grandam on his mothers side is by Ramiro Z sire of the great Ratina Z (Olympic gold medal winner). Ramiro Z is one of the greatest stallions of our time and influenzed all the European Studbooks of today.

He has Oldenburg Pink Papers and carries the Oldenburg brandmark.

EXPERIENCE

Argentine was originally sold by Milton Warmbloods in 2005.

He has been ridden for the last 2 years by a teenage boy who has now reluctantly put him up for sale due to other commitments.

This stunning horse has a classical jump. He is very neat in front, has loads of power and is careful. He moves beautifully with good uphill paces so he could excel at dressage as well as jumping.

He has qualified and competed at Welsh Masters, Hickstead Derby Meeting and Scope in 2006 and was also placed in the Newcomer Masters at Arena UK Grand Prix Festival in 2006. In his early years he qualified Discovery 2nd Rounds and also qualified Newcomer 2nd Rounds 2006 although we didn't think he was ready for them last year. He has been lightly jumped due to his rider's school schedule and I have now taken the ride over again. He is now competing again on a regular basis and is already back to winning Newcomer classes and is ready to move up.

This horse has been produced very slowly due to school commitments but has loads of untapped potential. He has a huge, careful jump with a classic technique and is a real talent waiting to be taken to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone to acquire a totally unspoilt, carefully produced talent with a big future ahead of him.

He has a fantastic attitude and has been a pleasure to train with.

He is laid back in his stable but is always showing an interest in what is going on around him. Always with his ears forward, he loves his life!
