Ramon has a superb mix of some of the best showjumping and dressage bloodlines.

By the Approved Stallion Kroonjuweel who is ranked in the top 3 in the dressage index. Kroonjuweel's dam was ranked number 1 on the KWPN's top 250 dressage producing mares. His sire was the great Belisar who was Champion of the Performance Test of 1986 and produced offspring who continue to rank highly in the dressage index.

His mother is by Germus R, a stallion from the much sought after Joost line, he descends from the best performing lines in holland. He himself was jumped Internationally by Peter Geerink.

All in all, a fabulous mix of dressage and jumping bloodlines give this horse superb paces combined with an athletic jump.

Ramon has a KWPN passport.

EXPERIENCE

Ramon is being sold on behalf of a client - he arrived in June 2010

Ramon has been with the same family for the last 3 years and has been a real loyal servant. He is only very sadly for sale after many years of fun and enjoyment due to his owners long standing previous injury rendering him unable to ride. Hence a good home is absolutely essential.

Ramon has done evrything!! He is a true all rounder with lots of untapped potential.

He spent his early years only doing dressage with a lady who owned him for a number of years. Hence he can produce some beautiful movements and paces.

Since being with his family he has hunted with the Readyfield Bloodhounds and the Barlow Hunt with an amateur rider. He has also been showjumped and hunter trialed by a 17 year old boy and did Pony Club Camp last year.

Since being with us, we have realised that Ramon has indeed got a huge careful jump with a great technique. We have been schooling him at 1.10m and he feels like he will jump much bigger tracks with practice.

Ramon is also excellent to hack out both alone and in company.

This horse is a true all rounder family horse. He has been a great servant and is looking for a new family to progress with. He has had a very easy life so is very clean limbed and sound.
